Depending on user roles and permissions, the app provides functionalities such as:
- Creating, updating, and managing incidents
- Entering command center and location details
- Assigning ICS positions and tracking candidate availability
- Responding with availability, location, and estimated time of arrival (ETA)
- Viewing and adding entries to the event log
- Updating operational objectives
- Creating, viewing, filtering, and sending messages to multiple recipients
- Setting message priorities, adding messages to the event log, and attaching photos
- Accessing features for Coordinated Response add-ons
Data entered within the app is promptly synchronized with the eICS solution, ensuring that all team members remain informed and connected through the command or emergency operations center.
