 <li>Creating, viewing, filtering, and sending messages to multiple recipients</li>
 <li>Setting message priorities, adding messages to the event log, and attaching photos</li>
 <li>Accessing features for Coordinated Response add-ons</li>

Data entered within the app is promptly synchronized with the eICS solution, ensuring that all team members remain informed and connected through the command or emergency operations center.
